Still under BMW new car warranty and also covered by a BMW Extended Warranty, which will last until 100,000 miles or 6 years from the car´s in-service date. It also has a windshield warranty w/ genuine BMW glass replacement. I have owned over 20 automobiles, and this one is by far the finest car I have ever driven. It is truly the Ultimate Driving Machine. The twin-turbo engine is like butter with steroids in it; silky-smooth and wickedly powerful. It breaks my heart to sell the car as I just bought it about 7 weeks ago from Schomp BMW, but about 5 weeks ago I fell on some ice and seriously hurt my back. Despite the 14-way adjustable seat in the car, I can no longer find a driving position that does not cause me pain. I have tried and tried to find a position -- I have probably tried a 1,000 different combinations -- but I must finally admit to myself that it just won´t work. On a happier note, you now have the opportunity to buy a world-class automobile, still under factory warranty, for an excellent price. The car is in superb condition, as it just passed a rigorous inspection to be BMW CPO-certified. It has no dents or dings and only a couple of small paint chips (it´s a Colorado car.) It had a clear bra on for its whole life until I removed it to clay bar, polish and wax the car. The interior is in excellent condition and has never been smoked in. As you will see in the pictures, it has the rare ´natural´ Dakota leather interior which looks both classy and sporty, and really distinguishes it from the usual 535 color schemes. You can engage the 4WD Low just by turning a switch inside the vehicle. Full tow package with a power-brake booster inside (although I never used it). Premium JBL sound system with a 6-disk CD changer (and I used this every day). A full sliding sunroof. Air conditioning - it´s a great climate system where you can set it and it will automatically maintain that temperature. Running boards. Lots of goodies, but not so high-end that you would be concerned taking it camping.This is my favorite vehicle of all time. It drives like a dream, and if you ever drive in snow or off-road, it is amazing. Unfortunately, I´ve got to sell it now to save money. You won´t regret this purchase, and if there was anything I could do to keep it, I wouldn´t be listing it now.It needs a bath, and I am going to give it a good inside-and-out wash tomorrow. The front windshield has a crack and I will replace it this week. Also, I was up in the mountains in January and I got a scratch in the paint on the passenger´s side, just behind the rear door. It´s not bad, but I want to disclose everything. There should be a picture showing it. It is a great vehicle, but I want to make sure I disclose everything.It has been maintained very well. I owned several auto repair shops so the oil, filters, transmission fluid and T-case have been changed and/or serviced regularly.Email me with questions or to set up a good time to come by and see it. And this one is in great condition.I take great care of this car never race it or abuse it. I also let the car warm up for 3-5 minutes EVERY single morning.No one eats or drinks or smokes in the car ever.
