I´ve gotten so many questions on this because people don´t want to read the whole ad its not even funny. No check engine lights or mechanical issues. Totaling 3500 in maintenance in the last few month including, New ABS module, new timing chains, guide rails (its know to shatter if not changed), all new gaskets, radiator hose, pulley, had pixel restoration on the LCD´s (a common issue for the e39´s) new oil changed, full synthetic, new OEM spark plugs. I have receipt for all the work done and a list of all the stuff that has been changed. The only minor issue is that the front passenger and rear passenger side window are not rolling down. The cars has a little over 100k in mileage, (101705 as of this writing) in decent shape for a 11 year old car, rubber is at about 50%, have a full size spare tire in the back. Picture is the actual car. Gets about 22-24mpg on the highway 17 or so in city. Power everything, in fact I can´t think of a single thing that isn´t powered, sun/moon roof, 12 way power seats, power mirrors, doors, heated mirrors, auto transmission with ability to run it manually, I believe it has bucket seats, black on black. It is an European car so suspension will be stiffer than American or Japanese ones.Will trade for a more fuel efficient 3 series, a v6 5 series, as I do cruse the highway a bit now, maybe a 7 series. Will also consider trading for volvo s60 or new body s40. Will go off of kbb value when trading. I will describe the car as fair condition under kbb, there are no mechanical faults but car is not in the best cosmetic shape. Will make up difference in trade with cash or vice versa. Please be honest with your cars condition, very few cars are in excellent condition (like 3-6%)Test drive by appointment, you must first show your driver ID and prove that you have the ability to buy it, no joy rides, gas these days are not cheap. Pushbutton torqueflite. All the glass is there, with only a small break in the windshield. I got this with aspirations of just tossing another 413 in it, or a 440 with this 413 crank in it, and just buzzing it around. Sadly, I´m sitting on an unfinished short block for another car, and need the money from this to get heads for that. It doesn´t have a title, so it´ll come with a bill of sale only. Details: Great truck 3.0 V6 automatic transmission 157xxx miles 4x4 power Windows, and locks. new brakes rotors, egr valve, oil pan gasket, interior is 8 out of ten as a few blemishes here and there. the body is 8 out of 10 with a couple little dings, paint is good except on hood where clear coat and paint have worn as most do. The gas door is white as I replaced it. I have lots of extra parts to throw in including all side glass privacy tinted, extra calipers rotors interior parts etc. I bought a junker for the rear seats (ours had paint on them) and there were lots of good parts so I kept them the shell is done but the pile of resellable parts is still here. this is Kelly blue booked at 3800 without the extra parts in fair condition which this is better than. 4x4 works great.
