Details: I just bought this car. The body and paint are beautiful, nearly flawless with a nice gloss to the paint. It looks amazing and a great, timeless body style. The interior is terrific. Barely a sign of any wear. It is a sharp car. It drives great. Tight, smooth, quiet and quick. 5 speed shift that is excellent. No mechical issues other than passenger air bag disconnected. AC works but leak in system. 2.0L Engine sounds great. No oil or coolant leaks whatsoever. Great sound system. Everything worked except one thing....a crank handle for the driver window. I drove to Chrysler today and on the way there washed off the engine as I do on all cars I buy at the wand car wash. It started right up and I drove to Chrysler to get the tiny pin for the crank. $8. When I went out to start the car it wouldn´t start. The plugs were wet. Took them out. Replaced them. Engine cranks strong but doesn´t turn over. Finally a mechanic came out. He said he didn´t know why it wouldn´t start and that it may be water on the coil or possibly a fuel pump. The car ran perfectly for two days, amazingly, like new. So he says that the timing belt is starting to wear. Timing belts aren´t expensive until they break. Then...he offers to buy the car and lowballs me. I can´t afford to fix anything. I know it is a little nothing problem. Even if a fuel pump suddenly went out it is cheap. I just think it is strange that I had just been to the car wash when this happened. You couldn´t find a cleaner, nice looking Sebring. Has very expensive new tires. Custom wheels. This would be a steal for someone. You would have to get it fast. It is still sitting on their lot. I used this truck for work and it worked great, times and job have changed and I need to carry more weight than this truck has to offer. Runs great, has the 3.0 V6 with a 5 speed manual trans. Has sunroof, power locks, power windows, mirrors. Everything works well and is in good shape for the year. Has 163550 miles on it, motor had the head gasket changed at 110,000. The service topper works great, the two side compartments are seperate from the main cargo area, has 2 barn style doors for the main compartment. The bad on the truck is it leaks power steering fluid, I think its just a cracked line, and the syncros on first gear are worn, it wants to pop out of 1 st gear if you dont hold your hand on the shifter. I have driven the truck this way for a year and never had any problems. I have a 2nd trans that I was planning on mating with the current one but havent found the time, it will go with the truck. Tires are in good shape with the two back like new. Has 2´ receiver hitch. Has been a great truck and wish it would work especially with the gas prices now. Gets great gas mileage!! The gas door is white as I replaced it. It is truly the Ultimate Driving Machine. The twin-turbo engine is like butter with steroids in it; silky-smooth and wickedly powerful. It breaks my heart to sell the car as I just bought it about 7 weeks ago from Schomp BMW, but about 5 weeks ago I fell on some ice and seriously hurt my back. Despite the 14-way adjustable seat in the car, I can no longer find a driving position that does not cause me pain. I always carry an extra quart of oil with me and check the oil levels every time I fill up.-The driver side seat has a rip in the leather (bought it this way) that could use some work-There is a stain on the carpet by the tailgate where a bottle of power steering fluid spilled -that stuff is hard to clean up but I did the best I could.-The cruise control just recently started giving me issues. We think that the acceleration button is stuck but I haven´t torn into it to find out. The cruise works but when you go to set it the car just keeps speeding up till it hits the governor then it kicks it back down only to go back up again. Hitting the brake to disengage the cruise setting or pressing the cancel button turned it off. I just stopped using my cruise control when this happened.-Passenger side door must be locked and unlocked by hand. Overall this is a very clean car that runs nicely! It ran perfectly through a rough Montana winter but since I am back in the Springs, I don´t need this big of car anymore.
