Details: BMW 535i Xdrive (known as 535xi prior to 2008) in excellent condition with 44,XXX miles. Still under BMW new car warranty and also covered by a BMW Extended Warranty, which will last until 100,000 miles or 6 years from the car´s in-service date. It also has a windshield warranty w/ genuine BMW glass replacement. I have owned over 20 automobiles, and this one is by far the finest car I have ever driven. It is truly the Ultimate Driving Machine. The twin-turbo engine is like butter with steroids in it; silky-smooth and wickedly powerful. It breaks my heart to sell the car as I just bought it about 7 weeks ago from Schomp BMW, but about 5 weeks ago I fell on some ice and seriously hurt my back. Despite the 14-way adjustable seat in the car, I can no longer find a driving position that does not cause me pain. I have tried and tried to find a position -- I have probably tried a 1,000 different combinations -- but I must finally admit to myself that it just won´t work. On a happier note, you now have the opportunity to buy a world-class automobile, still under factory warranty, for an excellent price. The car is in superb condition, as it just passed a rigorous inspection to be BMW CPO-certified. It has no dents or dings and only a couple of small paint chips (it´s a Colorado car.) It had a clear bra on for its whole life until I removed it to clay bar, polish and wax the car. The interior is in excellent condition and has never been smoked in. As you will see in the pictures, it has the rare ´natural´ Dakota leather interior which looks both classy and sporty, and really distinguishes it from the usual 535 color schemes. Details: I just bought this car. The body and paint are beautiful, nearly flawless with a nice gloss to the paint. It looks amazing and a great, timeless body style. The interior is terrific. Barely a sign of any wear. It is a sharp car. It drives great. Tight, smooth, quiet and quick. 5 speed shift that is excellent. No mechical issues other than passenger air bag disconnected. AC works but leak in system. 2.0L Engine sounds great. No oil or coolant leaks whatsoever. Great sound system. Everything worked except one thing....a crank handle for the driver window. I drove to Chrysler today and on the way there washed off the engine as I do on all cars I buy at the wand car wash. It started right up and I drove to Chrysler to get the tiny pin for the crank. $8. When I went out to start the car it wouldn´t start. The plugs were wet. Took them out. Replaced them. Engine cranks strong but doesn´t turn over. Finally a mechanic came out. He said he didn´t know why it wouldn´t start and that it may be water on the coil or possibly a fuel pump. The car ran perfectly for two days, amazingly, like new. So he says that the timing belt is starting to wear. Timing belts aren´t expensive until they break. Then...he offers to buy the car and lowballs me. I can´t afford to fix anything. I know it is a little nothing problem. Even if a fuel pump suddenly went out it is cheap. I just think it is strange that I had just been to the car wash when this happened. You couldn´t find a cleaner, nice looking Sebring. Has very expensive new tires. Custom wheels. This would be a steal for someone. You would have to get it fast. It is still sitting on their lot. Details: I have this 60 Imperial Sedan. It´s got a 413 in it that´s locked up, but was stored with the carb on it for years, so I´d be willing to bet it´s not completely wasted. Pushbutton torqueflite. All the glass is there, with only a small break in the windshield. I got this with aspirations of just tossing another 413 in it, or a 440 with this 413 crank in it, and just buzzing it around. Sadly, I´m sitting on an unfinished short block for another car, and need the money from this to get heads for that. It doesn´t have a title, so it´ll come with a bill of sale only. It´s super clean, only a few dings on the body, and the majority of the rust is surface only. It was air conditioned, but all of that stuff is missing, and it has no semblance of brakes, although the parking brake does work. No trades, I´m pretty much out of room for crap sitting around.
