I always carry an extra quart of oil with me and check the oil levels every time I fill up.-The driver side seat has a rip in the leather (bought it this way) that could use some work-There is a stain on the carpet by the tailgate where a bottle of power steering fluid spilled -that stuff is hard to clean up but I did the best I could.-The cruise control just recently started giving me issues. We think that the acceleration button is stuck but I haven´t torn into it to find out. The cruise works but when you go to set it the car just keeps speeding up till it hits the governor then it kicks it back down only to go back up again. Hitting the brake to disengage the cruise setting or pressing the cancel button turned it off. I just stopped using my cruise control when this happened.-Passenger side door must be locked and unlocked by hand. Overall this is a very clean car that runs nicely! It ran perfectly through a rough Montana winter but since I am back in the Springs, I don´t need this big of car anymore. I´ve gotten so many questions on this because people don´t want to read the whole ad its not even funny. No check engine lights or mechanical issues. Totaling 3500 in maintenance in the last few month including, New ABS module, new timing chains, guide rails (its know to shatter if not changed), all new gaskets, radiator hose, pulley, had pixel restoration on the LCD´s (a common issue for the e39´s) new oil changed, full synthetic, new OEM spark plugs. I have receipt for all the work done and a list of all the stuff that has been changed. The only minor issue is that the front passenger and rear passenger side window are not rolling down. The cars has a little over 100k in mileage, (101705 as of this writing) in decent shape for a 11 year old car, rubber is at about 50%, have a full size spare tire in the back. Picture is the actual car. Gets about 22-24mpg on the highway 17 or so in city. Power everything, in fact I can´t think of a single thing that isn´t powered, sun/moon roof, 12 way power seats, power mirrors, doors, heated mirrors, auto transmission with ability to run it manually, I believe it has bucket seats, black on black. It is an European car so suspension will be stiffer than American or Japanese ones.Will trade for a more fuel efficient 3 series, a v6 5 series, as I do cruse the highway a bit now, maybe a 7 series. Will also consider trading for volvo s60 or new body s40. Will go off of kbb value when trading. I will describe the car as fair condition under kbb, there are no mechanical faults but car is not in the best cosmetic shape. Will make up difference in trade with cash or vice versa. Please be honest with your cars condition, very few cars are in excellent condition (like 3-6%)Test drive by appointment, you must first show your driver ID and prove that you have the ability to buy it, no joy rides, gas these days are not cheap. Has sunroof, power locks, power windows, mirrors. Everything works well and is in good shape for the year. Has 163550 miles on it, motor had the head gasket changed at 110,000. The service topper works great, the two side compartments are seperate from the main cargo area, has 2 barn style doors for the main compartment. The bad on the truck is it leaks power steering fluid, I think its just a cracked line, and the syncros on first gear are worn, it wants to pop out of 1 st gear if you dont hold your hand on the shifter. I have driven the truck this way for a year and never had any problems. I have a 2nd trans that I was planning on mating with the current one but havent found the time, it will go with the truck. Tires are in good shape with the two back like new. Has 2´ receiver hitch. Has been a great truck and wish it would work especially with the gas prices now. Gets great gas mileage!! Details: I just bought this car. The body and paint are beautiful, nearly flawless with a nice gloss to the paint. It looks amazing and a great, timeless body style. The interior is terrific. Barely a sign of any wear. It is a sharp car. It drives great. Tight, smooth, quiet and quick. 5 speed shift that is excellent. No mechical issues other than passenger air bag disconnected. AC works but leak in system. 2.0L Engine sounds great. No oil or coolant leaks whatsoever. Great sound system. Everything worked except one thing....a crank handle for the driver window. I drove to Chrysler today and on the way there washed off the engine as I do on all cars I buy at the wand car wash. It started right up and I drove to Chrysler to get the tiny pin for the crank. $8. When I went out to start the car it wouldn´t start. The plugs were wet. Took them out. Replaced them. Engine cranks strong but doesn´t turn over. Finally a mechanic came out. He said he didn´t know why it wouldn´t start and that it may be water on the coil or possibly a fuel pump. The car ran perfectly for two days, amazingly, like new. So he says that the timing belt is starting to wear. Timing belts aren´t expensive until they break. Then...he offers to buy the car and lowballs me. I can´t afford to fix anything. I know it is a little nothing problem. Even if a fuel pump suddenly went out it is cheap. I just think it is strange that I had just been to the car wash when this happened. You couldn´t find a cleaner, nice looking Sebring. Has very expensive new tires. Custom wheels. This would be a steal for someone. You would have to get it fast. It is still sitting on their lot. Details: I am selling a 1998 4Runner in near perfect condition. It has the 3.4L V6 engine with 170K, Automatic transmission, 4X4. Runs perfectly, drives perfectly. Vehicle needs nothing at all. It has been garage kept and dealer maintained since new and rarely seen a dirt road. Paint and body are nearly perfect with only a few dings and blemishes usual for the age. The interior is spotless and only has a few wear points. Overall it´s one of the tightest and best running trucks i´ve ever seen. Yokohama geolander hts tires have about 25% tread left.
